PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The DuraFlow X builds on the proven DH150 platform with specially formulated materials that resist degradation from harsh industrial cleaning chemicals and inhibit bacterial growth on the nozzle body. Ideal for pharmaceutical, chemical processing, and high-sanitation food facilities.
The "X" Series has been independently tested against over 1,600 chemicals — delivering extended service life in facilities that use aggressive cleaning agents such as caustic soda, peracetic acid, chlorine-based sanitizers, and quaternary ammonium compounds. Where standard nozzles degrade quickly, the DuraFlow X holds up.
2026 UPDATE — EXTENDED CHEMICAL RESISTANCE
SuperKlean's "X" Series materials have now been tested with over 1,600 chemicals, confirming resistance across a broader range of industrial cleaning agents than any previous version. This makes the DH150X the most chemically robust washdown nozzle in the SuperKlean lineup.
